Short and Long-Term Therapy

I offer both short-term and long-term counselling.

Session Length and Cost

Each session is 1 hour in length and ideally take place weekly or fortnightly, however, different intervals between sessions can be negotiated.

I charge £55 for a session

Free Initial Consultation

I offer a free 15 minute telephone consultation. We can discuss your needs and hopes for therapy, how we might work together and whether we are a match for working together.

Location

I work face to face from both the Practice Rooms at Broomhill as well as my private and comfortable garden therapy room in S10. Alternatively, I can offer sessions via Teams or the telephone.
